A build is five stages. Here is what your coach is doing in each one, and when you will hear from us.
Chassis intake. Dimensions verified, structure checked, anti-rust treatment, and an engineering plan drawn against your specification.
Frame and skeleton. The body skeleton is jigged and welded square. The one stage that decides how the coach ages.
Panelling and paint. Side panels, glazing, luggage bays and roof pack, then primer, colour and your livery.
Interior fit-out. Seats or berths, flooring, lighting, charging, curtains — the part your passengers actually meet.
QA and handover. Brakes, electricals and a water test, a road run, then a signed checklist handed over with the keys.
You get a call at the end of each stage. You are welcome at the shed at any of them.
