This looks like an iPhone. The app is Android only for now — open this page on an Android phone, or use the website, which works on any device.

Installing it

  1. Download the file Tap the button above. Chrome will ask you to confirm — the file is about 68 MB.
  2. Open it from your notifications Or find it in your Downloads folder and tap it.
  3. Allow the install Android will warn that the app is not from the Play Store and ask whether to allow installs from Chrome. Say yes. The warning is what Android shows for any app installed this way.
  4. Sign in The same email and password as this website. What you can see is decided by your account.
What's new in 1.9.0
  • Notifications now actually reach the phone. Until this build the app could show them in its own list but had no way to be sent one; turn them on under Notifications and you will be told about jobs and updates without opening the app.
  • Tasks are complete. Write one, give it to named people or to everyone, edit it, comment on it, and sign off or send back the work that comes in. What you can do depends on your permission, as it does on the computer.
  • Notifications can be cleared -- the read ones, or all of them.
  • Also everything from before: labour signing in with a mobile number and a passcode, opening a vehicle to see the jobs and material against it, a cashbook that can be corrected, and a document folder for every vehicle.
Already have it? Download the same file again and open it — it installs over the version you have and keeps you signed in. The app also tells you when there is a newer one.
