Quotations

Quotations are itemised and valid for the period stated on the document. Prices may be revised if the specification changes after acceptance, or if there is a material change in input costs — any such revision will be discussed and agreed with you in writing before work continues.

Orders and payment

Work begins once the specification is confirmed and the agreed advance is received. The payment schedule is set out in your quotation. The coach is released on completion of the final payment.

Chassis and materials

Where you supply the chassis, it must be legally owned by you and free of encumbrance. Chassis are accepted after inspection, and the condition recorded at intake forms part of the job record.

Timelines

Indicative build timelines are shared before work starts. Timelines may shift due to specification changes made mid-build, delays in customer-supplied items, or events outside our reasonable control.

Warranty

Structural and workmanship warranty is provided as stated in your job documentation. It does not cover accident damage, misuse, unauthorised modification, or normal wear of consumable items. Fitments supplied by third-party manufacturers carry their own warranty.
